OPzV& OPzS Series of Tubular Batteries

OPzV seies of batteries are pure grl batteries, specialy designed by using tubular positive plates with fumed gelled eletrolyte, The battery performance met and exceed the standards sepcified in DIN 40741. It has a very long life and very high deep-cycle capability. The design life of  OPzV ibatteries is 20 years.

OPzS series of batteries have tubular posiitive plates, however, they are not gel as they are flooded with free eletrolyte. They need maintenace by filling eletrolyte during service. The design life of OPzS ibatteries is also 20 years.

Characteristics
Special design in plates: tubular shape for positive plates and flat shape for negative plates.Adopt PVC-SiO2 Separator with very high porosity and low resistance. Comply with the standards: DIN40742, IEC61427 & IEC60896, IEC60896-21/22, YDT1360-2005. Gel electrolyte contains fumed silica in dilute solid state when being injected. No thermal runaway even if used in hard conditionsuch as high-temperature or under overcharge. Reliable operation at extreme temperatures (-40C to +60C).
